Explicit Consent

I have read and understood the KVKK Privacy Notice prepared by KOZA LLC. Under Law No. 6698, I give my freely given, informed and specific explicit consent to the following:

1. International transfer (required)

I consent to my personal data being processed on servers located in the USA and EU and transferred to those countries through the processors listed in Section 4 of the Privacy Notice (Amazon Web Services, Turso, Cloudflare, Anthropic, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Resend, Sentry, PostHog, Expo). I understand the service cannot be provided outside this infrastructure and that withdrawing this consent means my account will be closed.

2. Ad measurement (optional)

If I tap "Allow" on the App Tracking Transparency prompt, I consent to my advertising identifier (IDFA) being shared with AppsFlyer and TikTok solely for campaign measurement. I can turn this off in device settings at any time.

3. Marketing communication (optional)

I agree to receive Koza campaigns, new features and announcements by email and app notification (a separate, optional box on the sign-up screen or under Settings > Privacy > Privacy consents). I can withdraw this under Settings > Privacy > Privacy consents or by writing to team@koza.social at any time.

My consents are stored on my account with the date and text version. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
