KVKK data request
You can exercise your rights under Article 11 of Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), such as access, correction, deletion and objection, by applying to us. We respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
How to apply
- In the app: My profile > Settings > Request my data. A pre-filled email opens; describe your request and send it.
- By email: Send an email to team@koza.social with the subject "KVKK Application".
- By post: KOZA LLC, 30 N GOULD ST STE 53021, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA
What to include
- Your full name
- Your Turkish ID number if you are a Turkish citizen; otherwise your nationality and passport number
- Your residential or business address for official notices
- The email address where you want our reply (and your phone number, if any)
- Your Koza username and the email address registered with Koza, so we can find your account
- What you are asking for (for example a copy of my data, a correction or deletion)
What happens next
Once we have verified your identity and account, we complete your request free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (kvkk.gov.tr).
